The Monthly Creative Package is tailored towards building a real estate agent’s personal brand through focussing on highlighting the agent’s expertise, personality, and unique value proposition. Pricing: $5,000-10,000 per month

Deliverables:

• Videos: 8-25 short-form videos per month, each up to 60 seconds long, optimized for social media

• Content Types: Market update videos, tips for buyers and sellers, and local market insights, client testimonials, agent profile video (1 every six months).

• Pre-Production: Initial monthly content planning session to align on themes, messages, and specific campaign goals. This includes content brainstorming and basic scripting

• Production: Half-day sessions utilizing a single location to batch film content pieces. (number sessions dependent upon the number videos being produced)

• Post-Production: Editing, color correction, basic motion graphics (text overlays, logo animation), royalty-free music for ads and platforms that don’t support trending audio.

• Optimization: Formatting videos for optimal performance on chosen social platforms (Vertical for Instagram, Horizontal for Facebook and YouTube).

• Analytics Review: Monthly analytics review meeting to discuss video performance, insights, and adjustments for future content planning
