Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To reserve your appointment date and time, a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total booking cost is required for all photography and videography services. This deposit will be applied toward the total balance of your booking.

I understand that schedules can change, and I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible.

  • Rescheduling an appointment will not incur any additional fees.

  • The 25% deposit is non-refundable and will serve as the cancellation fee for any appointment canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost. Since the 25% deposit has already been paid, the remaining 25% balance of the cancellation fee will still be due.

  • If a shoot must be canceled due to weather conditions and both parties are unable to agree on a reasonable reschedule date, all cancellation fees will be waived and the deposit will be refunded.

  • If a shoot must be canceled due to a reschedule date not being available, all cancellation fees will be waived and the deposit will be refunded if canceled more than 5 days in advance.

I encourage clients to reschedule whenever possible to avoid additional cancellation fees and ensure I can continue providing the highest level of service.
