Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To reserve your appointment date and time, a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total booking cost is required for all photography and videography services. This deposit will be applied toward the total balance of your booking.
I understand that schedules can change, and I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible.
Rescheduling an appointment will not incur any additional fees.
The 25% deposit is non-refundable and will serve as the cancellation fee for any appointment canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost. Since the 25% deposit has already been paid, the remaining 25% balance of the cancellation fee will still be due.
If a shoot must be canceled due to weather conditions and both parties are unable to agree on a reasonable reschedule date, all cancellation fees will be waived and the deposit will be refunded.
If a shoot must be canceled due to a reschedule date not being available, all cancellation fees will be waived and the deposit will be refunded if canceled more than 5 days in advance.
I encourage clients to reschedule whenever possible to avoid additional cancellation fees and ensure I can continue providing the highest level of service.
